SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Extremely-Fit will make every effort to ship your product within 3 to 4 business days upon the receipt of a properly completed payment. Please note, sometimes, even though payment is made, it does not always clear the same day. As soon as your payment has cleared, your order will be processed. Beachbody is a rapidly growing company and sometimes their products are not always in stock. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please keep in mind, that these items would not get to you any faster by ordering directly from the company itself.
WE SHIP VIA UPS:
All orders are sent primarily through UPS. You can track your order with the provided tracking number after your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you along with a shipping confirmation email. Extremely-Fit provides three shipping methods. UPS Standard, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. For P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico we use DHL Smartmail service as the default delivery service used.
Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 12 business days. For APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, depending upon location.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
UPS Standard. 7% of product total. $5.95 minimum. Shipping estimate 5-7 days. If you reside ina rural area, your order may be dropped off at the local post office for final delivery.
UPS Ground. 8.5% of product total. $7.95 minimum. Shipping estimate 3-5 days. May require a signature upon delivery. Click here to learn how to avoid the signature requirement.
UPS 2nd Day Air. 11% of product total. $13.95 minimum. 2nd day service. May require a signature upon delivery. Click here to learn how to avoid the signature requirement.
Shipping estimates above do not include processing time at the distributor. Once your items ships you will receive a email and tracking number.
Note: Certain heavy weight items may include a shipping surcharge of between $5.00 and $15.00 in addition to the shipping rates shown above.
Products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed and fully paid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require longer delivery times and may take up to 10 to 12 business days.
Please understand, we are not liable for any shipping related damage or loss of order. We will however, work with you and the shipper to make certain that you receive your order as soon as possible. |
