If you're new to Beachbody, or new to fitness, this may help. This is just a quick guide, placing our products in various categories. Although you will want to read item descriptions for details, this might be a place to get you started.

Remember, this is only a guide. You may choose to start with any program. For example, I know several people that have started with P90X, and they have done very well.
