This was the response from a customer that needed help with a product. We did not carry the product she needed, but directed to a place that did. "Thank you! It is nice when someone makes an extra effort when it does not benefit them. You could have just stopped at the second sentence. I really appreciate your information and will order another band. Thank you also for giving me the resistance or I would not have known what to order. Now the video won't become just another fitness tool stuffed into the closet. Maybe I will become fit!

Hi: I wrote a review of your site (Gave you a coveted 5 star rating) on Epinions.com. The link is http://www.epinions.com/content_434789453444 I want to ask you to consider giving me the 4% cash back that I would have gotten for the program I bought. I signed up and all but didn't realize I had to register before paying. I would be really grateful if you would consider doing that for me. I plan to be a customer for a long time - Turbo Jam is next and so are the nutrition bars. At any rate, I wanted you to see my review. I will be writing one at Viewpoints.com as well. Thanks so much.
