I took a bar and some brackets and incorporated a chin up bar in my basements many years ago. Use it off and on. Another good exercise on the bar is to use a chair to get into the top position with palms facing you. Let go and hang on, trying to keep the biceps about parallel to the ground as long as you can. Terrific biceps builder.</description>
