		<description>Thank-you for these.  I also downloaded worksheets when I was doing P90X.  I wish they would include them in the DVD sets when they send them out.  I am half-way through this but will use them now and also use them the 2nd time through.</description>

I love the Beachbody community forums too - it&#039;s amazing how many people undertake the program.  As I remember, Darth Yoga was a killer to many but you felt so good when it was completed.</description>
