		<description>I think you could do low fat chocolate milk as a decent substitute.  But I don&#039;t know that I would consider it an equal.  The 4 to 1 carb/protein ratio is comparable, but the recovery drink has other nutrients that are specific to recovery, whereas the chocolate milk does not.  But on a crunch, I think you could use milk.  :)  Hope this helps.</description>
