As a word of CAUTION to everyone. It is so important to purchase these DVDs from an authorized retailer. If you are getting a “good” price, it’s probably because the DVDs are counterfeits, previously used, or fakes. Then you are left with non-working DVDs, and as a general rule, you don’t get the manuals either. Which means you don’t know the order in which you are supposed to do the workouts, or the nutrition part of the program.
