John, Insanity is crazy hard. You'll get better. I was in great shape when starting Insanity the first time, numerous round of P90X etc, but even then Insanity TESTED my cardio. So keep digging deeper and you'll do great!

Currently working through my 2nd round of Insanity. Week 3. Today was Cardio Power and Resistance. I felt good, over the last 3 weeks I can tell a definite improvement in my cardiovascular system.

How's everyone else doing?

I felt like doing CPR again today. It's been awhile since I did an Insanity video. Been working out with P90X, Turbo Fire, One on One. This is without a doubt a tough program, that gets the job done! Keep it up my Insanity friends! Dig Deep.

Jed, Only you are going to know what's best, or a doctor. Unfortunately injuries are frustrating for all of us when we are on a fitness program. Your options are to modify the movements that hurt, and do a move that doesn't. Or skip those moves for a while all together. You may have to take some time off from Insanity if it continues to get worse, or see a doctor. Alternatively, you could try exercise equipment that doesn't require as much from your ankle. Try modifying the moves on the ones that bother you, then consider your alternatives if it persists. You want to be careful to not injure yourself more by continuing.
