		<description>Jimmy,  If you are wanting to lose the belly fat that is covering your abs, you&#039;re gonna have to lose some weight too.  You want to shed that layer of fat covering your abs.  I would try reducing your calories just enough to lose about 1-2 lbs per week.  I wouldn&#039;t try to drop the weight too fast.  Eat clean, stay consistent, and reduce your calories enough to lose weight, and you&#039;ll start seeing your 6 pack again.</description>

		<description>Hello,  I am on day 3 of month 1 of insanity and love it!!  I&#039;m keeping up very well, and todays workout was my favorite so far.  I am not trying to lose weight, just the belly I gained over my six pack I had before marriage and a baby. I&#039;m 145lbs and have a wrestlers body, I wrestled for about 20 years and have not stepped in a wrestling room for 3 years now. Basically, I would like my abs back and tone up the rest of my body also. It&#039;s tough judging how much or how little I should eat to maintain the same weight. I am eating clean, but any suggestions?</description>
