I&#039;m pretty athletic but I wanted a program that would help me lose the extra weight I had gained during my pregnancy and tone me up fast.  I haven&#039;t dropped weight per se but I have really toned up.  I am 9 weeks postpartum and will be starting month 2 on Monday.  People can&#039;t believe I was ever pregnant.  Its AMAZING!!!!</description>

I&#039;ve done this four times so far, and if it wasn&#039;t for all the supplements that I took I would&#039;ve never made it through the first week of month 2. Its a fun workout, don&#039;t get me wrong, but the first time you go through this, you&#039;re fighting every one of your muscles for just 2 more seconds without collapsing. I looked at my Asylum calendar, and this workout is used frequently in the hybrid. This just keeps making it harder to dig deeper during these last 3 weeks.
