		<description>I find it amusing that so many women believe they will become the female version of the Incredible Hulk if they do any sort of weight training exercise.  It&#039;s just not true.  As mentioned above, women don&#039;t have that ability like men do, unless they are adding a bunch of steroids to their diet.  Just one set of 8 lb dumbbells can get you a long way.  I&#039;ve lost 8 lbs this month, doing body weight exercises and weight lifting with a pair of 8 lb dumbbells.  And I am wearing jeans I haven&#039;t worn for almost a year.  Weight training, along with a sensible diet, can produce great results.  I also supplement with a whey protein powder because I otherwise don&#039;t get enough protein in my regular diet.  An increase in protein will help increase the muscle mass women can build, still without making them look &quot;bulky.&quot;</description>

		<description>I completely agree that the best way for a woman to change the shape of her body and tone up is to build some muscle mass.  Not only will it cnage your body shape, but your bone density will increase as well.</description>
