Carissa,

If I understand your question, you have the advanced, and are asking if you need the base kit? My opinion, is yes. If you can. I think VARIETY will be the biggest factor for you. I like to have plenty to choose from personally. The Fire 45, 55EZ, and 45EZ will be great additions to go with your advanced Fire 60. They'll still be challenging, don't worry. Not to mention, you'll get the HIIT 15, 20, and 25. You have the HIIT 30 now, but look at the variety here. Don't think the HIIT 15 will be challenging enough? Do it twice, or three times! Variety in the workouts, keeps your body guessing, and preventing your body getting too familiar to the advanced DVDs, which will over time, lessen the effectiveness. You also get a nice stretch workout, and a sculpt workout too, PLUS the nutrition guide is fantastic. When you buy at my store (I'm an authorized Beachbody coach and retailer) you get an extra DVD that you don't get from Beachbody, its a bonus on coach websites only. I'm always here to help as well. Take a look at the Base program here. Let me know how I can help!

I am curious, I just started the advanced DVD's and doing this the same way if any, is there reason to also purchase the other set? I am very advanced in cardio (former high impact and step instructor). Beachbody operators don't give too much information when you ask them questions. Gotta say also, best workout DVD I ever experienced.
