Body Beast Video – Official Body Beast Preview
The Official Body Beast Video has just been released! Many of you are patiently waiting for the release of Beachbody’s FIRST ever fitness program that is primarily for gaining muscle mass. Well the wait is over.
Now obviously this isn’t going to be for everyone, but from the numerous questions I receive about how to gain mass with P90X, I’m betting this will be popular for the skinny guys, or the extremely fit guys that just want to get bigger. Well… you’re in luck, you can buy BODY BEAST now, and also watch the Body Beast video and get an idea of what is in store for you! The Body Beast video features Sagi Kalev, champion body builder and some of his friends getting big(ger!).
As you can see from the Body Beast video you’re gonna need some equipment. You may just have most of it already, especially if you’re a former P90X grad. You need some weights, I use Power Blocks… looks like they are using an EZ curl bar, and a pull-up bar or a Chin Up Assist. You can probably also use bands to meet some of these needs too. Beachbody has released several packages, all of which have an assortment of Beast workouts and a combination of supplements, as well as equipment.

Excited about this program. Strange that they would use guys that are pretty much monsters already. Would like to see their “before” photos. I’ve gone through X and X2 and am currently trying a hybrid of P90x for more muscle gains. Looking forward to more updates!!
I agree John. I’ll be very curious to see the results obtained from participants that are using it for what it was made for, to add muscle mass. Not for those that already have a lot of it.
