This Focus T25 Review is for Cardio. This workout was very similar (in my opinion) to Speed 1.0. If you have not yet read the Speed 1.0 Focus T25 Review, you can jump over to that one by clicking here. Otherwise, read below for my quick review on Cardio….
Equipment Needed for the Focus T25 Cardio workout:
What I enjoyed about Focus T25 Cardio:
Any cardio workout is beneficial, burn calories, burn fat, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. This one, like Speed 1.0, was only 25 minutes long. It was similar, but many of the exercise movements were different. It was also progressive, meaning the intensity picked up as the workout progressed. Again, my opinion only, but I felt this workout was harder, not by a great amount, but harder nonetheless.
If you are a Focus T25 Beginner:
Watch Tania, she’s wearing a black spandex pants and a blue t-shirt with white lettering for T25. Again, and with every workout, she is modifying the program. I will always encourage you to push through your comfort zone, and leave Tania behind, as soon as you are able!
If you are a Insanity/Asylum graduate:
There is no doubt if you are an Insanity or Asylum grad, you are wanting more intensity. My only advice is to push as hard as you can, intensify the moves as you see an opportunity, and if you absolutely must, add in additional cardio. Better yet, complete the workout, and then consider doing the last 10 minutes again. Be creative!
Last thing about Focus T25 Cardio:
Not just for this workout, but the entire program. Nutrition is SUPER important. Eat clean, follow the plan, and go after your fitness goals! I know eating clean is tough stuff, but it’s worth it!
