These Insanity Workout reviews were written by me, as I personally completed the program. They are very detailed, and go in depth into what each and every DVD is about. Each one is different, and each one gives you my personal thoughts about that particular workout.

Plus two bonus reviews that highlight the Insanity Elite Nutrition Guide.

As you look below, you will find each workout, and a link to that particular Insanity Workout review. So take your pick, each review will open in a new window. Simply read….close the window…..and select a new review.

I know what you are going through, and I’m happy to provide you the support you need, after all, this is the hardest thing you will ever do!

At the end of each Insanity Workout review, you will find comments from others doing Insanity, read their comments, learn from the Q&A, and draw support and motivation from them. You are not alone on this journey. Then post your own comments, to support others behind you.

I have spent many hours writing these Insanity Workout reviews, answering emails, comments, and supporting you and others. I only ask that you forward this to others, share it on facebook, or email to friends doing the workout.  And if you have not yet purchased Insanity, or are in need of supplements, please support me in return by purchasing from our store here. You can also sign up with Team Beachbody and select me as your Beachbody Coach.

Call me crazy, but I’ve been doing insanity since March 31 (was sick for 3 weeks, and am somewhat sick as I type). I am currently in month 2, and I must say, that while the workouts exhaust my physically, and hurt while I’m doing them, they do not hurt afterwards. The same went when I did P90X (well first couple days of P90X plyo did hurt badly afterwards). Is that normal that I do not hurt afterwards?

Parker,

That’s a good problem to have ;) If you’re working out to your fullest potential, following the program schedule, and continually pushing yourself forwards, then that’s all you can do. Are you getting results?

How long are we suppose to do each workout I dont understand please help. The Calender list to do 2 workouts in 1 day but for how long?Is it 30 Min. per video?

Eddy, I’m confused too. You do the workout video until its over. Just put the DVD in and push play, the video tells you exactly what to do.
