I used to think the easiest way to make a cinnamon protein shake was to just dump in some cinnamon. Well, try this recipe, and you'll never do that again. This is a very tasty shake!

  • Ready Time :
    2 min

Servings

1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-fat skim milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 3 piece ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein (I use Syntha-6)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar free Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a blender, and blend for about 30 seconds.  A great recipe to use for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
