I used to think the easiest way to make a cinnamon protein shake was to just dump in some cinnamon. Well, try this recipe, and you'll never do that again. This is a very tasty shake!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-fat skim milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
- 3 piece ice cubes
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein (I use Syntha-6)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar free Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a blender, and blend for about 30 seconds. A great recipe to use for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
