Insanity vs. Insanity Asylum
Shaun T recently talked about Insanity Vs. Insanity Asylum. But before we get into Shaun’s perspective, I just wanted to take a quick minute to give you my personal experience. At the time of this writing, I have completed Insanity twice, and Insanity Asylum once (almost). There are a lot of intimidating reviews out there about Asylum, mine included. The reviews are all about the same, Asylum is HARD, CHALLENGING, DIFFICULT, CRAZY, INTENSE, DEMANDING, etc. All of those things and more, but if you are an Insanity graduate, you can do Insanity Asylum, and you should go for it! I will never ask a customer, or friend, or anyone to do something, that I am not willing to do myself. So if I ask, “How’s your diet?” I’m not sitting around with a piece of cake and ice cream. it’s because I’m willing to get in the trenches with you. [Read more]
Insanity Asylum Review: Strength
Today was actually an interesting workout, one that I was actually looking forward to. For those of you that have completed, tried or currently working out to Insanity, you know that there is not a weight workout included in the regular version. Shaun T did release a Deluxe version which does include a upper body weight workout, but its an additional cost, and does not come included in the regular Insanity workout. With Insanity Asylum, you get a great weight workout called Strength. [Read more]Want to check out all the Reviews? Get the entire Review series right here.
