This package is designed exclusively to enhance your LES MILLS PUMP program. It adds intensity and kicks your fat burning into high gear for better sculpting and calorie-blasting results.

The LES MILLS PUMP: Deluxe Upgrade includes hard-core fitness tools and 3 extra workouts to transform your body like nothing else:

• Step platform plus 4 risers. This height-adjustable step is a weight bench, cardio-conditioning tool, and targeted sculpting platform all in one piece of equipment. Use it during strength work like chest presses and tricep dips to get further into your muscles for an extreme challenge and even more strengthening and sculpting.
