This 10 minute trainer video is awesome. The workout is fast yet effective. The movements are easy to follow which I feel is very important. I also loved the bonus abs routine dvd. I highly recommend purchasing the 10 minute trainer if you are a person who enjoys working out but has a limited amount of time fitting it in their schedule.
I give Les Mills Pump a rating of 5 because anyone, regardless of fitness level, can do it and be challenged! The team of trainers that teach Pump are great and they really train you throughout each of the programs by giving an explanation of proper form and ways to either modify each movement or make it more difficult (add weight!). The music and the personality of the trainers make it a quick and enjoyable workout.

I have done many of the Beachbody programs and this is by far my favorite workout!! I absolutely love the barbell system! I've made it through week 12 and see amazing results. I went back and purchased the cardio workouts to rotate in and those are awesome too. If you really want to get toned up this is definitely the workout!!
Pros: Easy to follow, fun, instructors and music are great! Workout time is not over-whelming (if you are like most and don't have hours to devote to exercise each day)
Cons: Wish there were more variations to purchase! Love love love this workout!!!
