After going through the first five workouts (through pure cardio and abs), I am finding that I'm much closer to getting through the whole workout, but I am so glad that there are super fit people in the workouts who bail out during the session! Thank you!!!! Aches and pains, yes, there are a couple of exercises that cause some extra pain, so I just work around those for a day or two. I think the food book is killer.
