My husband and I are using P90X2 right now. We just started Round 2 and are loving it! VERY different work out philosophy, but also very effective so far. My husband has lost 25 pounds since we started it. We use the meal planner on teambeach body for nutrition. We give it a 5!

I guess I'll do my review from the standpoint of regular people. This is a challenging workout. One of the things that I have learned in this journey for myself is that I need variation and challenge. This is not to say I am super fit...although I am much better than where I started. I get bored easily, and so does my body. The best part about these workouts is that no matter how many rounds you do...by the time you finish the last round and start over, your body is confused all over again. I began this workout on January 2nd. I got it as a pre-order, but I was finishing another round of P90X. I will also admit that I was afraid in a way of the new workout. But I went ahead and started anyway. I modify a lot! Discovered my balance is not as great as I would like...but as I type this now, my balance is better...still not great, but better. For those who are fearful...even very overweight...you can still do this. Just do what you can, and commit yourself to moving every day. Take the rest days and foam roll, and you will see results.

Pros: - Variation of workouts
- Foam rolling!!!
- Challenging
- Modification if needed (although I think there should be a dedicated modifier in the workouts)
- Shorter Yoga workout :-)

Cons: - Cueing is a little fast; I find I have to pause to catch up
- Product pushing during the workouts---stop it!!!
