I herniated my disk almost 3 years ago and hadn’t really done cardio within that time. I started Insanity in October. I’m now 1/2 way through my second round. I do the regular scheduled DVDs and added weight training 3 days a week. I do the cardio before work and lift after work. I modify the big jumping moves (power jumps, diamond jumps etc) with squats or cross jacks. I like that Insanity doesn’t require extra equipment.
