I love Turbo Fire!!!! I have had great results with Chalene's program. I love the HIIT workouts. They are perfect for a quick morning workout before work. You'll be sweating for a good 30 minutes afterwards. The strength & core workouts are a nice alternative to the high intensity HIIT days. My jeans have never fit so good. Give Turbo Fire a try, you won't be disappointed. Whether you are a Chalene Johnson fan already or not, you will be after you try this workout.
Fabulous fitness series. Well put together like all beachbody products: Timer on the screen, every exercise is explained, correct posture is emphasized and possible errors pointed out.
Chalene Johnson is totally motivational and yet always offers help for beginners and those who want low impact, bands, alternative options.
Pros: Shorter workouts than some other programs: Longest workout is 45mins, most workouts are around 30mins.
Options using weight, bands, no weights
Options for high impact and low impact
Other participants are on multiple workouts so you see your favorite person often.
Cons: A bit repetitive.
I have the extra disc, but the 3 workouts on it are very similar to the original set.
The extended set is a little better, but Chalene is still using the same warm-up routine for every disc, and many of the same exercises just in a different order.
