Extremely-Fit will make every effort to ship your items as soon as possible. The following processing times are estimates only. Processing time may vary depending on product availability.
As a general rule, and for items in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing if your order is placed Sunday-Thursday. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing if your order was placed on Friday-Saturday. This time frame will depend on the availability of your item(s), and the number of orders ahead of you in the processing queue. If your item is in low supply or on back order, processing time may take longer. These items will be shipped as soon as possible, and in the order in which they were received. Let's face it, Beachbody is a rapidly growing company and their products are in high demand. Every effort is made to keep these items in stock and readily available, however, this is not always possible. Please keep in mind, that these items would not necessarily get to you any faster by ordering directly from the company itself.
Upon placing your order, you should receive an automatic email to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive this email, you might check your junk mail folder, and add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your approved sender's list. You may then use our contact us page to let us know that you would like a second copy. Once your item ships, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If 3-4 business days have passed and you have not received your tracking number, this does not mean we have forgotten about you! We daily monitor all orders and shipments, and are continually contacting the wareshouse to ensure your orders goes out asap! Chances are, your order will be shipped within another 1-2 business days, and was delayed due to an item being in low supply. However, if 3-4 business days have passed, and you have not received a tracking number, you are more than welcome to contact us for an update.
WE SHIP VIA FedExAll orders are sent primarily through FedEx. You can track your order with the provided tracking number after your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you along with a shipping confirmation email. Extremely-Fit provides two shipping methods. FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day Air. For P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico we use DHL Smartmail service as the default delivery service used. FedEx orders will obtain tracking information by email once the item is shipped. DHL orders do not receive tracking information, however, you will be notified when your order ships. Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 12 business days. For APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, depending upon location.

Products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed and fully paid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require longer delivery times and may take up to 10 to 12 business days.

In addition, we are not liable for any shipping related damage or loss of order. We will however, work with you and the shipper to make certain that you receive your order as soon as possible.
