Can I cancel my order?

Yes. However, cancellation requests must be received within two hours
after the order was placed, even if the order was placed after store
hours. Orders are constantly being sent to processing, 24/7. Due to the
high volume of orders, once this window closes, we are not able to stop
the ordering process. You may still return your order for a refund,
simply contact us for an RA number. For cancellation requests and
requests for an RA, please submit a support ticket.
