After you place your order, we process you payment, package your order,
and prepare your package for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for
order processing if your order is placed Sunday-Thursday. Please allow
48-72 hours for order processing if your order was placed on
Friday-Saturday.

If you do not receive an email with tracking
information during this time frame, your order may be in short supply
and slightly delayed. Feel free to submit a support ticket if you have not received this information within 72 hours of your
order. We will be happy to check on your order personally!

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with
tracking information.
