EXTREMELY-FIT.COM is an independently owned company and distributor of Beachbody products. This website is owned and operated by an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, and as such, both sell and use their products. We have chosen to use their products, and have had great success in doing so since 2005. Statements, comments, and suggestions made by Extremely-Fit are our own, and in no way affiliated with Beachbody's opinions and policy.
As a distributor of Beachbody products, everything we sell at this store are factory direct, brand new items, just as you would receive by ordering directly from the company. The orders are shipped directly from Beachbody. On occasion they are shipped directly from Extremely-Fit inventory, however, those items will still be brand new items, never used. You will receive the same customer service as you would if ordering directly from the company. Our customer service is top notch, and you can rest assured, your interests, fitness, and nutrition, are our top priority. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Above all else, we want you to focus on your exercise and nutrition, and not have to worry about the details.

For questions regarding our products and/or services, please contact us using the support department. E-mails tickets sent to support receive a response within 1 business day, but every attempt is made to return inquiries asap. If you feel you need to speak directly to Extremely-Fit, you may do so at 870-321-5811, M-F, 8am - 4pm CST.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
All major credit cards are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express or other credit cards. You can pay by Paypal with or without an account, and it's free to use. If you have an account with Paypal, you can also pay with your checking or savings directly from your account.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please refer to the return instructions below. No questions asked.
If you're not completely satisfied with P90X, simply return P90X within 90 days for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, but keep the Ab Ripper X routine and the 3-Phase Nutrition Plan as our gift just for trying P90X.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY)
1. Submit a support ticket to obtain an RA (return authorization) number.
2. Returns without an RA # cannot be accepted so please be sure to email for an RA number.
3. Write your RA # on the front of your packing slip. Enclose your packing slip or a legible photocopy thereof in the shipping carton.
4. Mail the product back to Beachbody within the guarantee period using the return label provided on the packing slip. (The label may also state Million Dollar Body).
5. Keep the receipt and make sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
7. Refunds for properly returned product will be processed within 7-10 business days following receipt of the package by Beachbody (Million Dollar Body).
8. Please send a return tracking number, using the same support ticket recently used to request an RA number. This will ensure you receive a credit for your return.
