Remember, this is only a guide. You may choose to start with any program. If you completed a Getting Started program, it doesn’t mean you have to select from the Advanced Programs next. For example, I know several people that have started with P90X, and they have done very well. Dedication, persistence, following the program, and nutrition are the keys to success!
