Shaun T will be releasing 7 new workouts starting June 12th, 2017, he’s calling it SHAUN WEEK.  The motto for the week?  GO INSANE, BUT KEEP YOUR FOCUS.

Here’s how it works.  On June 12th, Shaun T will release the first workout, then each day thereafter a new workout is released.  Each new day gets a new workout.  Excited?!?

Shaun T has also noted that there will be modifications to the workout, one in particular is that if you don’t want to go to the floor you don’t have to, you can use a chair and modify. I’ve listed the workouts below, some of the names/titles will likely change, but this is the first preview.  Here’s what we have so far:

Workout #1:  Insane Basics
Workout #2:  Pure Cardio Part 2
Workout #3: Insane weights
Workout #4: 25 minute abs
Workout #5: Ripsanity
Workout #6: Speed 4.0
Workout #7: Dig Deep

But don’t think that it stops after 7 days, Shaun T promises a hybrid calendar so that you can complete a full 30 day program!
