    Nikita, The links are fixed now. Thank you for brining that to our attention. This workout program is great in that you can increase the workouts as needed. You may have time for 10 minutes on Monday, but Tuesday you may have time for 20 minutes. Or if you need to start slow, you can start at 10, and then as you can, move up to 20, then 30 etc. Combined with a good nutrition plan, you are all set.
